Wireless Network Survey and Design.
We perform Wi-Fi survey, design, installation and commissioning services, whether it be on behalf of a customer operating as a system integrator on behalf of an end client, or on behalf of an end client for whom we deliver a fully designed, planned, installed and commissioned wireless network. We use our own in-house team and the Air Magnet design software to assess the physical environment, building topology and materials properties of a site, showing coverage maps based on different design and performance scenarios. We take account of the use of each building (hospital, hotel, commercial office), the demand criteria for each type of user (telephony, data, video downloads) and the physical infrastructure for cable backhaul for both stand-alone (autonomous) and managed (via a controller) wireless access points.
Wireless Network Deployment.
From our survey, assessment and design phase we then manage the implementation and commissioning plan on behalf of both customer and client. Our commission plan covers full acceptance criteria for coverage, user concurrency and throughput as well as signal (power) and coverage balancing over multiple access points. For major wireless roll-outs we deliver a full back office and project office support plan for customer engagement and site by site scheduling and handover.
Voice and Data Networking.
To integrate our infrastructure and building services into a converged solution we plan, design, install and commission the data networking that sits on top of the cabling infrastructure and underneath our IP surveillance and telephony solutions.
Telephony Systems.
Complementing our relationship with Samsung even further we deliver building and enterprise telephony solutions for small and medium scale business needs. We provide an end to end solution for our customers and in many cases their clients, starting with a definitive statement of business need, technology mapping and a full solution design document, followed up with a business proposal and implementation plan, rounding off with a managed installation and a fully tested and commissioned working system signed off by our customer and client.
Our telephony solutions embrace fixed handsets, DECT surveys and base station design, Wi-Fi handset connectivity and system integration, as well as the regular functionality of a feature-rich telephony system such as voicemail, call management and attended / unattended call transfer.
